 Vol XL, Oct '09 Twitter is among the most popular and widely used social networking sites on the Internet today. With 8 million users and growing, it enables people to “follow” individuals and organizations of interest to them and share information through brief posts with comments and links. Recently, AMDA became one of the top 20 Twitter feed recommendations for long term care. Now the AMDA Foundation is on Twitter and quickly gaining a following of people interested in long term care and aging research.
