State Spotlight: Pennsylvania

Six months after the intervention ended in Pennsylvania, participating nursing homes are currently collecting and submitting data for their third and final data collection period.

The last data collection period is intended to capture data related to sustainability. (For more information about sustainability and its importance, please see "Sustainability" at left.)
