Consent, Other Hot Issues on Agenda for Spring Research Network Meeting |

 Vol XII, Feb `05 A detailed introduction to the Network's involvement with the Family Practice Inquiries Network (FPIN) and a discussion of consent/assent for research involving people with dementia are among the intriguing and important topics on the agenda for the AMDA Foundation Research Network's Spring Meeting. Set for 7:30 a.m.-4 p.m. on Wednesday, March 16, in New Orleans, LA.
The program also will feature a session on "Using Quality Improvement Data for Research" by Peter Vasilenko, PhD, and a presentation by 2004 Foundation Seed Grant winners. The day-long meeting will conclude with study groups continuing discussions and updating activities they started at the Fall meeting in Chicago on diabetes, urinary incontinence, dental and oral care, and anemia.
Registration for the meeting is $25. All Research Network and AMDA members are welcome. |
