• We have begun recruiting facilities in Cincinnati and Columbus, OH. Recruitment is ongoing in Houston, TX; Tampa/Orlando, FL; and the central coastal region of California (Santa Maria and surrounding areas). Contact Barbara Calabrese at 410/992-3143 with suggested facilities or names of individuals who might be able to help.
  
• We expect to begin training shortly for some facilities in Florida and California.
