LTC QI Partnership Seeks Project Facilities

The AHRQ-funded Long Term Care Quality Improvement Partnership evaluating pain and pressure ulcer CPG implementation will begin roll-out in 2004--starting with 3 Pennsylvania facilities in January 2004--and then another 4-6 facilities in that state beginning in March.

Over the 18 ensuing months, implementation in the remaining pilot states and facilities will occur in intervals until all 6 pilot states are running the project. The anticipated roll-out schedule is:

January 2004: Pennsylvania (initial pilot)
March 2004: Pennsylvania (remaining facilities)
June 2004: Indiana
August 2004: Texas
October 2004: Florida
December 2004: California
February 2005: Ohio
