Internal Review Board Session to Be Held in Orlando

Larry Lawhorne, MD, the Director of the AMDA Foundation's Research Network is chairing a session entitled "Understanding the Role of the Internal Review Board. Both veteran and new researchers are invited to this program, which will offer insights into the composition of IRBs, mandates including federal regulations for research on animal and human subjects, and IRB's role in the approval and monitoring process for research projects. The session will be held: Friday, March 7, 2003, from 10:30 am - 12:00 pm, in room Crystal K.
