Honor your mentors, patients, and loved ones--while supporting the Foundation's research and mentorship efforts. Stop by the Wall of Caring (AMDA Foundation Booth #508) and compose a message, post a photo or drawing, or display other items in tribute to that special individual or group that has made a difference to you.

For contributions of $250 and greater, we are pleased to announce that Thursday, March 6, 4:30-7:00 pm; Friday, March 7, 5:00-6:00 pm, and Saturday, March 8, 10:30-11:00 am, Dr. James Pattee will be at the Wall of Caring inscribing copies of his latest book, Alzheimer's Disease-The Family Journey.

For gifts of $100-$249, contributors may select either the AMDA Clinical Practice Guidelines Tool Kit or the AMDA Guide to CPT Coding and Documentation. Contributors at the $50-$99 level may select an AMDA Clinical Practice Guideline.

Your help in reaching this year's goal of $30,000 will ensure that the important work of the Foundation continues. In 2003, your Wall of Caring contribution will go twice as far thanks to a $15,000 matching grant from Eli Lilly.
