 Vol XIX, Jul `06 Participating Nursing Homes Ninety-three percent of participating nursing homes have now completed the second data collection period, at Month 9, and the three remaining homes are currently in the process of completing this task. After the second data collection period, homes enter a six-month postimplementation period intended to measure the sustainability of CPG implementation. They will then complete a third and final data collection period at Month 15. LTC-QI Partnership Staff Project staff are eagerly awaiting data from the study and brainstorming ways to continue to engage you, our partners, as well as to disseminate the lessons learned and results of the study.
