The LTC-QI Partnership is sorry to announce that Dr. David Wilcox, of Indiana, passed away suddenly on July 29th at age 48.


While President of the Indiana Medical Directors Association (IMDA), Dr. Wilcox was instrumental in getting the LTC-QI Partnership off the ground in Indiana.

Our thoughts go out to his family and friends.
