We have visiting Corgis ranging in ages and number, at one time we had a herd of five racing the halls! We had Corgi races during a backyard party and the residents placed bets on who they thought would cross the finish line first. It helps us to have plants in pots since the Corgis run through everything in the yard, busy trying to be alpha. The residents did vote that more than five dogs in one place at the same time would just be too much . . . Corgis are very comical and social and when allowed, and will jump up on a residents’ bed. One of the Corgis spends much of her day on her back in the middle of the hall waiting to have her belly rubbed – it does not help with our falls prevention program!
