Aim This project follows up on the "Management of Diabetes Study" conducted by Dr. Matthew McNabney in 2003. The goal of this study is to assess the quality of life of residents with Type 2 diabetes based on specific clinical outcomes, including the use of MDS Quality of Life indicators. The study also seeks to get more detailed information about physician's practice patterns concerning diabetes treatment of LTC residents.
