The 2012 AMDA Foundation’s silent auction, Caring at the Wall, will feature signed books by nationally known authors such as Jeff Kinney (“Diary of a Wimpy Kid” series) and artist George Rodrigue (“Blue Dog”), AMDA members such as Jerald Winakur, MD, CMD, AMDA friends such as Jason Karlawish, MD, and Al Power, MD, and Long Term Care Medicine-2012 Opening Keynote Speaker Robert L. Wicks, PsyD.

However, it’s not too late to make your own contribution to the auction. If you have authored a book or have an author-signed book you would like to donate, the Foundation welcomes your support. Or, if you don’t have a book, the Foundation is accepting new electronic items such as Kindles or other readers or iPods. If you would like to make such a donation but don’t have time to shop, you can send a monetary donation; and AMDA Foundation will purchase the item in your name.
